DESCRIPTION:Qigong and Yoga at First will be offering our Monday evening sessions starting May 1st at 5:30 pm-6:15. All are welcome to join with Anne Gaines Wines leading a gentle vinyasa practice of Yoga\, and with Meg Harper leading our Qigong practice.
