Qigong & Yoga at First (Virtual)

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until June 26, 2023
Qigong and Yoga at First will be offering our Monday evening sessions starting May 1st at 5:30 pm-6:15. All are welcome to join with Anne Gaines Wines leading a gentle vinyasa practice of Yoga, and with Meg Harper leading our Qigong practice. These sessions will be virtual, on zoom.
Both of these practices connect and guide our spiritual and physical health.
Sitting or standing, one quiets the mind, feels the energy of the heavens and the earth and the mysterious gift of the breath.
