Qigong / Yoga at First (Virtual)

Qigong and Yoga at First meets virtually, Mondays at 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. All are welcome to join with Anne Gaines Wines leading a gentle vinyasa practice of Yoga, and with Meg Harper leading the Qigong practice.
